Designed specifically for the high school/small college football market, the DX300 is the premier wireless communications system for football coaches both on the field and in press boxes above the field to speak with each other during games. The DX300 basic system allows up to five coaches to work simultaneously (two in the press box connected to the base station and three on the field) with the added ability to link up to twenty coaches, if necessary. The on-set, two-way communication possibilities for this system are enormous. One of the key features of the DX300 is that it is portable and completely DC-powered. The MB300 base station operates on 100-240 VAC, 12-14 VDC or AA batteries. The headsets operate on lithium ion batteries and last up to 20 hours on a single charge. In addition, you get a choice of either a standard belt pack system (BP300), or an all in one headset (WH300) that eliminates the belt pack altogether. No frequency coordination is required as the DX300 is a frequency hopping, Spread Spectrum system. So, you can go anywhere without losing communication due to local interference. Its 64 bit encryption prevents anybody, even other DX300 users, from listening in on the conversation. Experience has shown that wireless communication systems designed for permanent installs are not always robust enough for the treatment it gets in the field. Both the BP300 belt pack and the all-in-one headset are designed to survive even the most animated football coach or careless production assistant. Another feature that makes this product unique is an electronic voice prompt that alerts you to system conditions and problems like low battery, out of range and audio level settings. It’s like having a pro-audio Onstar service.
In a feature designed to allow coaches to evaluate themselves after the game, you can utilize the audio output of the MB300 to record conversations for later analysis.
