Do you have wireless microphones operating poorly due to interference?
Is your church, school, or theatre unsure about the recent digital transition, and the effect it will have on your wireless microphones?
Location Sound Corp can help. We can inspect your wireless systems, scan your area for potential interference problems, coordinate all of your frequencies, and recommend the best action to maximize your RF performance plus bring you into compliance with the new FCC regulations.
Here are the facts:
Last year, the FCC reallocated and partially auctioned off the 698 MHz to 806 MHz spectrum, generally referred to as the 700 MHz frequency band. The space, previously used for TV channels 52 through 69, will now be home to public safety and commercial users. If you are a wireless mic user currently operating in this spectrum, effective June 12, 2009 you must, by law, vacate this bandwidth.
In addition, wireless microphones operating under the 700MHz band may find increasing incidences of RF interference as television stations start moving from 700MHz into the lower UHF band begin to become operational.
If you are experiencing interference problems, or just need help in becoming compliant with the new regulations, contact LSC’s Sales Manager, Steve Joachim at (818) 980-9891 x302 to make an appointment.
We are the wireless experts. We can help.
