90-Day Warranty: Your used gear purchase comes with a 90-day­ warranty. Used gear comes from our Rental Department (listed as "Used Rental Gear") or previously owned consignment pieces through our Sales Department (listed as "Consignment").

30-Day Return Policy: Returns are within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. No buyer’s remorse. The return item(s) must be in the same original condition.

Reliability: All used audio rental or consigned equipment are thoroughly tested by our Service Department for operational integrity and must meet the manufacturer’s specifications before it gets listed. If you find an issue with the gear (within 90-days), you have options: 1) contact us for a return or 2) arrange for a "loaner" (same or equivalent gear from our Rental Dept.) while our Service Dept. investigates the issue.
