The Aaton Melody2 is a double input analog audio preamplifier. It comes with a low noise and extended bandwidth of up to 100 KHz, digital output on AES42, and is compatible with the Cantar X3 and Cantar Mini to extend the number of inputs. The form factor is extremely compact despite the use of high quality audio transformers. The preamplifier settings are controlled remotely by the Cantar interface. Its compact form factor and low weight makes it perfect to use on a boom. The Melody2 comes packaged with (1) TA3F to TA3F cable (2) TA3F to XLR3F cables.
