This is the larger of the two mixer cases available for Sound Devices’ 302 mixer. Under the mixer area is a battery area for powering the mixer with an NP1 type battery with many of the popular NP-1 (or similar sized) battery brackets (when you install the mixer, be sure to use the adhesive backed Velcro inside the case for proper fitting).

This modular case can be ganged with many Porta Brace Audio Recorder Cases (AR-series). You also have the flexibility to change the combination of equipment that each job demands. The cases are padded and custom fitted, providing access to switches, cables, batteries, and other important controls while protecting the gear from rain, snow, dust and other damaging forces.
