The Rycote 15cm Softie - Standard Hole Classic (19-22 mm) is a slip-on open cell foam with an integral fitted fur cover designed to reduce wind noise and protect your microphone. Centimeter length refers to the internal blind hole into which the mic is pushed. The Standard Hole size refers to the diameter width of the rubber mount expressed in millimeters.

NOTE: For any windshield to work effectively, it must cover all the ports on the microphone. Therefore, a 15 cm slip-on windshield would be suitable for shotgun microphones, with slots no further than 15 cm from the front of the mic.
