In 1994, Jim started in Location Sound's Rental Department setting up equipment requiring multiple wireless systems and frequency coordination. Jim's previous work experiences at a recording studio, music store (back in the days of LPs), and musician developed his natural interest for audio. Outside of work, he spends time with his family, tinkers with his home studio and mixes for film and live shows.

Originally from El Salvador, Jose joined Location Sound in 1997. After 10 years in the Shipping and Receiving Department, Jose pretty much knows how to efficiently pack, ship, track, and personally deliver everything and anything.

In July of 2007, Jose moved to his current position as a Communications Technician. With thousands of walkies coming in and out of the Rental Department, Jose's quality-control work is critical to our two-way radio operations. Still in training to learn other duties within  his new department, Jose takes pride in his job, and enjoys working with other team members to provide excellent customer service.

Don't let her petite stature fool you! Regina has been cracking the whip in the Rental Department since 1997. She makes sure that all rental transactions/contracts are billed and paid, department paperwork flows through and is processed, missing or damaged equipment is accounted for, etc. She is your contact for billing questions related to rental.

His excellent customer service skills are a perfect match for a busy department required to accommodate quick turnarounds, last minute changes, 24/7 help...you know, anything to make your contact at Location Sound a pleasant one.

Before joining Location Sound, Robert attended Valley College in the San Fernando Valley where he had his eye on a law enforcement career. Sorry, North Hollywood P.D.!


Roberto Zuniga

Originally from Mexico City, Roberto has been at Location Sound since 1998. He started in the Shipping Department before being “shipped” to a critical position in the Rental Department. His responsibilities include coordinating walkie frequencies, maintenance of communication equipment for optimum performance, and staff support as needed.


Tom Fujioka

Tom Fujioka hails from Hollywood and has joined the Location Sound team as a Communications Coordinator. Tom's career started at ABC Television Network where he worked in Guest Services, the Newsroom and on the Emmy Award-winning travel show, "Eye On LA."

Prior to LSC, Tom worked at Broadcast Production Services (BPS) where he assisted clients with crewing, studio and equipment rentals. While at BPS, he was quickly introduced to the audio specialists at Location Sound and from there a long-term relationship began. Today, Tom runs into many of the freelancers and clients that he serviced from BPS. It is what they say, "a small industry".
